Nextdoor leased the entire building at 420 Taylor St., which was undergoing a full renovation and expansion of the office space into the previous parking garage on the lower floors.  Due to the nature of the Landlord’s improvements, the project was phased to deliver the upper floors ASAP on a shoestring budget while Landlord was completing the lower floors.  The 2nd phase was a full TI on the lower floors to connect the five floors of the building through a beautiful atrium that extended all the way from the roof to the basement.
