A16Z originally only leased half of the building, but quickly understood they’d need the entire building so Canopy set out to oversee the renovation of the whole building from shell. With A16Z’s trusted team of Tolbert Designs and Vance Brown, Canopy oversaw the construction of very high-end specialty interiors with unique features like the three-story monumental stair, podcast studio and forty-foot-long video wall in their client entertainment space.
